Mode of Payment

All payments to be made by Demand Draft in favor of "OSSICON 2010" payable at Jaipur.

Terms and Conditions

• PG Students participating in the conference should enclose a certificate from their respective Head of the Department.
• Accompanying Delegate and Children will not be allowed in the sessions.
• Participating Delegates are required to present the original receipt / acknowledgement letter at the venue registration counter to receive the registration kit.
• The Secretariat does not accept the liability of forms lost in transit.

Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellation is permitted up to 31st Jan 2010. 75% of the registration fee would be refunded.
• Refund of cancellation fee will be made only by cheque, and only against a written request sent to the conference secretariat office at the postal address.
• All refunds will be made only after 31st March 2010 by cheque only.

Spot Registration

Registration after 31st Jan, 2010 will be done only in case of availability of space. Delegate bags shall be provided to these participants only if available. However they will enjoy all other benefits of registered delegates.

Pre registered delegates

Please produce your receipt at the counter to claim your badge and the kit.

Faculty Registration

All faculty members, speakers and chair persons are required to register.

Letter of Invitation

Individual letters of invitation are available on request. Please send your requests to ossicon2010@gmail.com or write to the conference secretariat.

Delegate Kit / Badges

Please take care of your delegate badges as entry to scientific and exhibition area will be restricted to delegates wearing their badges due to security reasons. Duplicate badges in case of loss will only be issued after production of a valid proof of identity.

No Smoking

As per the Indian laws and the academic stance of ICS and NCCP, OSSICON 2010 has been designated a NO SMOKING conference.

Trade Exhibition

Scientific exhibition will be open from 5-7TH March, 2010. Entry will be restricted to registered delegates.

Trade Delegate Registration

Trade delegates are required to register. Please see the sponsorship brochure / form for details.

Language

Official language of the conference is English.
